She is a Vintage 1974 Horse Trailer converted into a modern day bar ready to serve you at your special event.
Vibe is rustic but classy, charming and sassy.
About Vibe
The pandemic created isolation, it separated us from our loved ones. That distance taught us the true value and importance of socializing with our family & friends. That sparked the birth of Vibe Mobile Bar.
Vibe is here to bring us back together, to help us build memories and reunite people by creating a unique experience at your special event.

Vibe - Bronze Package
Rent the Trailer
This package includes dropping the trailer off at your venue location and picking it up at the agreed upon time.
Rent Vibe for your event, bartender services are not included in this package. The trailer will be bare (un-stocked), this allows you to customize it for your specific needs. Permanent modifications are not permitted but you are welcome to add decorations in and around the Trailer.
This package is perfect if you plan on serving your own guests, already have a bartender hired or if your venue provides bartender services.
Other ways to Vibe include:
Photo Shoots, Weddings, Engagements,
Birth Announcements, Gender Reveals, Graduations, Housewarming or any other events you are celebrating.

FAQ
Do you provide the Alcohol?
We are a "Dry Hire" bar so we do not purchase or supply any of the alcohol. The client or the venue is responsible for purchasing and supplying the alcohol, we are there to serve it. Any unused alcohol will be returned to the client or venue.
In addition, cleanup of bottles, cans and cups after the event will also be the responsibility of the client or the venue. Our space inside the trailer is limited so we do not have the capacity to collect or dispose of trash.
Are you Insured?
Yes, we carry General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance.
How far can you travel?
Since we are mobile we can bring Vibe anywhere. All packages however include up to 80 miles of roundtrip travel, additional mileage expenses will be charged at a rate of $1.50 per mile.
Do you need electricity?
We provide a 100 ft extension cord to connect our trailer to a 120v outlet. Ideally, your designated spot will be within 100 feet of an outlet. If not near a power source, we have an optional portable inverter generator that you can add to your package. Additional charges apply for the use of a generator, this fee will be provided in your quote.
FAQ
How much time do I get with the trailer?
For photoshoot rentals you are provided with 90 minutes. Additional time can be added based on availability at a rate of $50 per hour.
4 hours is included with all other packages. Additional time can be added based on availability at a rate of $150 per hour.
We will arrive on location approx. 60-90 minutes before your event starts to setup. Our setup and breakdown time is not deducted from your allotted time.
How do I lock in my date and what if I cancel my event?
A non refundable deposit of 50% will be required at time of booking, once your signed contract is returned and payment is received, your date is secured. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the event.
If additional time is requested at your event, payment would be expected on the spot for the additional time.
Our cancellation policy will be outlined in our contract for you to review prior to the booking.
What are the Trailers dimensions and are there any special accomodations needed?

In order to safely unhitch the trailer we require a flat land surface. The space needs to be easy enough to drive into and wide enough to allow us to turn the trailer around when it's time to go.
If needed. we may ask you or your venue coordinator to provide pictures of the location.
If your venue is being held at a public place, it is the responsibility of the client or your venue coordinator to secure and pay for any required permits.
Will you be checking IDs?
Yes, we operate just like any other establishment that serves alcohol. We reserve the right to ask for ID of anyone who appears to be under the legal drinking age. If valid ID cannot be provided, they will not be served.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may have had too much to drink or anyone who creates a nuisance to your guests and/or our servers.
